Hali is a swift water rescue PFD that incorporates an oxygen tank into the PFD that gives the wearer an extra several minutes of air to breath for when the worst-case scenario becomes their reality. The goal of this project was to address the timing involved in swift water rescue and nearly double the potential time to complete a successful rescue.
